Our gases are used in various stages of converting basic chemicals and intermediates to make ethylene oxide, ethylene, chlorine, sodium hydroxide, vinyl chloride monomer and ethylene dichloride. We supply oxygen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide for use as chemical feedstocks.
Additionally, we supply many calibration standards to help you identify impurities in materials before production begins and to aid in environmental compliance, including hydrocarbon gas and liquid standards, oxygenates and alcohol, liquid olefins and moisture, ammonia and sulfur. To ensure safety and purity, nitrogen is used throughout the entire process for inerting and blanketing.
Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions – a technology partner of choice for the design, engineering and construction of leading-edge processing facilities and related infrastructures worldwide – offers a range of industry-leading gasification technologies as well as proprietary Lurgi methanol process technologies.
During this final stage of the value chain, our gas solutions are employed to turn intermediates such as styrene, polyols and bisphenol A into polystyrene, polyurethane and polycarbonate. Calibration standards are available to measure impurities in ethylene oxide production and we also supply specialised liquid blending for custom applications.
We supply oxygen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide for use as chemical feedstocks and other applications. To ensure safety and purity, nitrogen is used throughout entire process for inerting and blanketing.
